WeGoLook Releases Mobile Inspection App
Nationwide, USA (PRWEB) April 22, 2015 -- Nationwide mobile inspection company, WeGoLook launched their Agent application for iOS and Android this week. WeGoLook provides inspection reports and custom tasking solutions for autos, real estate, heavy equipment, and more through a sharing economy platform.
The free WeGoLook Mobile App will now allow Field Agents to complete inspection reports and upload photos in real time. Each of WeGoLook’s enterprise clients has custom report templates with photo and video requirements. The app walks Agents through each customized form fields and dynamic data collection which is encrypted with geo-location, time and date Meta data stamps.
The WeGoLook App is providing a real time, secure solution for many financial institutions, insurance companies, and enterprise clients through proprietary software. When a WeGoLook Agent completes an on-site inspection, they must record data and photos through the WeGoLook App. After the inspection is completed, all data is deleted from the Agent’s device and uploaded into WeGoLook’s backend order management system and sent to client via preferred formats (API, HTML, PDF, .zip compressed images, etc.). The company has received the SSAE 16-SOC Type I Certification in 2013 and the SSAE 16-SOC Type II Certification in 2014 ensuring the organization’s data security.
How it Works: Clients can order an Inspection Report (autos, property, heavy equipment, custom tasking, and more) via WeGoLook’s website. WeGolook HQ handles all inspection coordination including the Agent’s dispatch, scheduling, and training. At the appointment time, the Agent is dispatched to the on-site location to collect data and take photos via the WeGoLook Mobile App. Clients can specify the type of information and photos they would like the Agent to retrieve. After the inspection, the Agent uploads all data via the app and it is delivered to the Customer via email in preferred delivery formats.
