Westwicke Partners Hires New Senior-Level Advisor and Grows Presence in and Beyond New England
Baltimore, Maryland (PRWEB) February 24, 2015 -- Westwicke Partners, the largest healthcare-focused investor relations (IR) firm in the nation, announced today the addition of Chris Brinzey as a Managing Director in the firm’s recently-opened office in Boston. In this role, he will provide strategic investor relations and capital markets advisory services to public and private healthcare companies.

Prior to joining Westwicke, Mr. Brinzey served as Senior Vice President of Research and a member of the Portfolio Management Team at Tekla Capital Management (formerly Hambrecht & Quist Capital Management), where he managed $2.5 billion in assets and focused on public and private companies in biotech, specialty pharmaceuticals, and healthcare services. As a Tekla board member, he helped private companies refine their corporate strategies, raise funds, and navigate the IPO process. Mr. Brinzey was also Vice President and Senior Publishing Analyst at The Advest Group, a full-service investment bank in Connecticut. In this role, he launched and then covered Advest’s Healthcare Information Technology and Services Sector.
