This event will provide funds to BLOC Ministries and Horses on the Hills, two local nonprofits with programs designed to encourage young people to live positive lives. “We want to help ensure that young people in our community have access to programs that open their minds to new ideas while keeping them on the straight and narrow,” said Wilber.
