Williams Cuker Berezofsky law firm honored at New Jersey Work Environment Council Awards Dinner
Trenton, NJ (PRWEB) December 01, 2015 -- Williams Cuker Berezofsky was recognized by the New Jersey Work Environment Council (NJWEC) for its work protecting victims in environmental and toxic exposure cases. Led by name partners Mark Cuker, Esther Berezofsky and Gerald Williams, their team of twelve attorneys are nationally renowned for representing clients individually and in class action and mass torts.
Partners Mark Cuker and Gerald Williams accepted the award from NJWEC at the Rutgers University Labor Center for the law firm’s work following the 2012 Paulsboro, New Jersey train derailment and the Toms River cancer cluster.
Cuker vowed to continue to "fight the good fight" for people who find themselves in terrible situations. Williams Cuker Berezofsky has offices in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

This was the 13th annual awards dinner for NJWEC. The law firm of Williams Cuker Berezofsky was among five honorees that were selected based on their work to set worker and environmental policy and ensure healthy schools for our children and school staff.

NJWEC is a nonprofit alliance of labor, environmental and community groups that has played a key role in winning and defending landmark state policies for worker and environmental protection. Next year is NJWEC’s 30th anniversary.
