Williamsburg Place Introduces New CEO at The Farley Center Intensive Outpatient Program Open House on May 30
WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (PRWEB) May 21, 2018 -- The Farley Center at Williamsburg Place, a leading addiction treatment provider in Williamsburg, welcomes healthcare professionals to an open house at its Intensive Outpatient Program on May 30 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Attendees can tour the facility, and hear from guest speaker Janet S. Knisely, Ph.D., and Rich Failla, new Williamsburg Place CEO.
Guest speaker Janet S. Knisely, Ph.D., Associate Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Division of Addiction Psychiatry, will deliver a brief talk at 3:00 PM. Dr. Knisely, noted addictionologist and author, has been published in the Journal of Addictive Diseases, the Journal of Substance Abuse Treatment, and the Journal of Opioid Management, among others.

Williamsburg Place actively supports the mission of Mental Health Month and strives to raise public awareness of mental health care availability. For decades, The Farley Center at Williamsburg Place has been helping patients learn to manage the chronic disease of addiction and understand the relationship between chemical dependency and mental health disorders. The Pavilion at Williamsburg Place, a 66-bed inpatient psychiatric facility, was added to The Williamsburg Place campus in 2012 to give
Virginia residents greater access to mental health care services.
The open house takes place at The Farley Center’s Intensive Outpatient Facility from 3:00 to 5:00 PM and light refreshments will be served.
