Windward to Give AutoTag Software to 30-Day Challenge Participants
Boulder, Colorado (PRWEB) October 25, 2013 -- In a move unprecedented in the enterprise software community, Windward, a leader in reporting and document generation software, has announced it is giving away free copies of AutoTag, its template design tool, to participants in the Windward 30-Day Challenge.
The Windward 30-Day Challenge guarantees companies will get a full-blown reporting system installed and working within 30 business days. Those who participate and then switch to Windward will be given a copy of AutoTag, Windward's flagship template design product.

Using Windward, companies insert their data into templates designed in the Microsoft Office add-in AutoTag. Reports and documents are generated in the Windward Engine, which is available for .NET or Java, or via the web-based Javelin server. The final product can be output in a wide range of formats, including DOCX, XLSX, PDF, HTML, direct to printer, RTF, XLS, WordML, TXT, and CSV.
In order to participate, companies must meet some qualifications. They must have a working knowledge of their data, which is stored in an SQL database or XML file. They must have a minimum of at least five templates or report samples in a Word or Excel format. And they must have English-speaking staff members knowledgeable in their environment structure, how to implement programmatic API calls in code (.NET or Java), how their data is structured, and how to access it.
In return, Windward will work with companies to provide any support and tools needed required to install the Windward solution. The process includes a live demo, help with template conversion, and free trainings. By the end of 30 business days, Windward guarantees the enterprise will have a working reporting or document generation system.
If a company is unsuccessful in completing the challenge, Windward will provide it with six hours of template conversion time with a qualifying purchase as a new customer.
