The Newcastle-headquartered company, which employs 290 people, has just completed a year of significant milestones, including the launch of a number of new services.
The year ending March 31st 2014 also saw the £45m-a-year company gain accreditation from Action on Hearing Loss for the quality of its services for hard of hearing people.
Looking ahead to the next 12 months the business is now aiming to continue growing its UK presence through further new service launches, as well as acquisitions.
The company has set aside a war chest for possible takeovers and is in discussions with a number of potential acquisition targets in the accident management sector.
Meanwhile, several new products are set to be rolled out in the next 12 months including specialist services for manufacturers and cyclists.
