Winner Of SecuriCare’s National Customer Service Week Competition Announced
Loudwater, Bucks (PRWEB UK) 14 November 2014 -- SecuriCare Medical Customer Service Team member, Jen Wallis, celebrated the end of National Customer Services Week (6th - 10th October) in style. Jen was the winner of SecuriCare Medical's National Customer Services Week Competition, having received the most commendations from her patient contacts in order to demonstrate the theme of 'Recognition for Excellent Customer Services'.
As the winner, Jen was treated with an 'Afternoon Tea for Two' at the opulent Crazy Bear restaurant in Beaconsfield. Jen has worked for SecuriCare Medical for just under 3 years and finds that assisting and speaking with the patients is the most rewarding aspect of her role. Sharing her prize with husband, Paul, Jen said, "We had a brilliant time at a lovely venue and hope to visit again in the near future."
Loretta Bramley-Brant, Head of Patient Services at SecuriCare Medical, congratulated Jen on winning the competition and also praised the whole of the Customer Services Team for their hard work saying, "We have used the 'Recognition' theme of National Customer Services Week to really appreciate the wonderful work that is done at SecuriCare Medical. We are so grateful to all the patients that sent in their nominations, with wonderful messages for the team members and praising their valued work. A huge thank you to everyone involved in our Customer Services celebration!"
Some comments that we received,
"My stoma supplies arrive like clockwork - always on time and always correct. My advisor rings me every month to check everything is ok, and on the occasions where she is away, another adviser checks up as well. My orders are quite predictable now, and on the odd occasions where the advisors have been unable to contact me, they just send a standard repeat order - which is absolutely fine. The only time I had a problem, 10 free replacement pouches were in the post in 48 hours - beat that! I receive several publications and read horror stories of other folks trying to access proper supplies in a timely manner - it's awful - truly awful - but the Specsavers advert pops into my head , "should have gone to SecuriCare."
"Over the years (about 16 years) that you have looked after my supplies, I have never had to worry. Everything I needed was delivered on time. Indeed on the occasions when I forgot to order, you rang me. This is very important to me. I thank you for your understanding and kindness. Your staff are always cheerful and friendly and it cheers me up to speak to them. Thank you again."
