Before pursuing real estate, Talemal’s career encompassed professional and managerial experience in private industry, Delaware State government, and non-profit organizations. She was site supervisor for state-owned Ken County museums and worked as the administrator for the Governor’s House for six years under Governor Mike Castle.

She holds the Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS) and Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certifications, plus she is an active member of The Women’s Council of REALTORS®.
Talemal is also active in the community. She volunteers at Delaware Hospice, including the group’s Festival of Trees. She was also a past coordinator for the organization.
Originally from Kent County, Talemal, along with her husband, has called Ocean View home for the past 13 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, antiquing, reading and traveling.
