Wired Pixel, Latest Game Release by Zombie Soup
(PRWEB) January 31, 2018 -- Kosovo’s software development company Zombie Soup, known for previous Virtual Reality titles such as Yanone and Captain 13, has released a new game called “Wired Pixel”, which is a nostalgic game inspired by the famous Dots and Boxes game that millions have already enjoyed playing on a paper sheet of boxes with pens.
Dots and Boxes is a pencil-and-paper game for two players (sometimes more), and was published in the 19th century by Édouard Lucas, who called it “la pipopipette”. The team behind Zombie Soup, a software development company with offices in Prishtina, New York, and Washington DC, has released the same experience but this time in the modern era, on iPhones and iPads.
Challenged by an equal foe, dare and conquer the most territory you can acquire. With multiple strategies to implement, you can never underestimate your opponent or risk your territory, with the same adrenaline to how you would experience a Battleship game!
Career, Multiplayer, and Tournament
Mess up your game, or win it within few moments – strategize and adapt to dominate your opponent line by line, box by box and the player that remains with the biggest conquered space, will be able to call him or herself the king/queen of the hill.
The field of the game depends on the rank that you possess, meaning if you have a higher rank compared to the average, you will face a bigger territory. The better you perform and the more you conquer, the more points you will receive.
Zombie Soup, the company behind Wired Pixel, has implemented three game modes; Career, Multiplayer, and Tournament.
The game is currently available for free on App Store, while users can benefit from in-app purchases to have boosters and other power-ups in tournaments or 1-to-1’es.
The game is under development for web and Android as well, soon allowing experiences across multiple devices.
