Wireless Analytics Increases Staff To Continue Expanding Award-Winning Mobile Technology Support Capabilities
Danvers, MA (PRWEB) November 29, 2014 -- Wireless Analytics has recently grown its ranks, increasing the enterprise mobility service provider’s capacity to deliver support to clients around the world. Six employees have been added since September, including a service delivery senior manager, German-language support analysts and additional overnight support staff.
Incoming Service Delivery Senior Manager Charles Hanely brings over 15 years of industry knowledge to Wireless Analytics. Hanley joins Wireless Analytics after 7 years with OnProcess Technology, where he was most recently Vice President of Delivery Services for Broadband and Wireless. Prior to OnProcess, Hanley held management positions with Adelphi, Comcast, and served as a Director of Service Centers for AT&T, where he was responsible for over 70 locations and 250 employees. As Senior Manager of Service Delivery, Hanley oversees Wireless Analytics’ help desk team as they deliver customer-centric support to enterprise mobile device users around the world, including mobile device procurement and provisioning, hardware support and wireless rate plan management.
Wireless Analytics has also augmented its help desk with four new analysts, who bring over 20 years of combined support experience, as well as German-language support capability, to the growing team of mobile support professionals. The new agents will support Wireless Analytics’ worldwide client base, contributing to ‘round-the-clock hardware support, provisioning and other request resolution.
“The new additions to our help desk team position us to deliver more of the white-glove support that enables our enterprise clients to focus on what they do best,” said Fernando Oliveira, Vice President of Client Services at Wireless Analytics. “We’re pleased that the success of our customers’ wireless programs has in turn enabled Wireless Analytics to be a job creator.”
In addition to management team and help desk hires, Wireless Analytics recently filled roles in office management and client billing and allocation. The company plans to continue seeking new talent, including PHP developers, through the end of the year.
