Wireless Payments Processor Selects Isos Technology to Manage Atlassian Upgrades and Integrations to Unified Server

The agreement called for Isos Technology to manage the upgrade, perform a cloud data migration and full integration of the company’s Atlassian JIRA, JIRA Agile and Confluence tools from cloud instances to the company’s new enterprise Server versions.

Utilizing its proprietary Click2Clone™ migration software, Isos created an unlimited sandbox environment to map and execute the migration activity so there was no impact to production data. Data and workflows were mapped over into JIRA, JIRA Agile and Confluence, and once completed, validation and UAT tests were conducted to ensure all data and processes were accurately migrated over and workflows were optimized in the process.
Although JIRA Agile data migration is not currently supported by Atlassian and considered a highly complex process, the Isos team was able to extract data from the Cloud instance and accurately restore the Agile data and specific configurations into the Server instance.
