Wise Property Investors ‘Keep the End in Mind’, Tells Rick Otton
(PRWEB) April 25, 2014 -- Last February, overall growth for home buyer and investor loans slowed down by 0.7 percent and 1.1 percent, respectively, Business Spectator reported on 9 April 2014.
Industry analysts are currently debating if the slowdown is a transition into a more sustainable pace of growth, or marks that investor demand for Australian real estate is already exhausted.
“There’s been a lot of talk about lately about the slowdown of the Australian real estate market. But if you’ve done your homework before entering the market, you won’t have to worry about negative news like this. Unfortunately, many Aussies get into property investment out of the fear of being left out, that’s why they always forget to create an exit strategy in case things don’t turn out as planned,” according to Rick Otton, owner and director of We Buy Houses.
“Remember than when you enter the property ladder you have to start with the end in mind, and to do that you have to link in your happiness and well-being where you want to go. Property investors must always ask themselves 2 things: what is the game plan and what are you going to get out of it? To achieve these goals, people need the proper toolkits, otherwise it’s just a dream,” he added.
Mr. Otton then revealed in a new interview for his Power Property Profits Pack that creative real estate strategies are the best toolkits available for property investors hoping to enter the property market while house prices are rising.
“If you want to buy a house, but you don’t have enough money to follow the usual process, you can buddy up with somebody else who has the cash but doesn’t have the right toolset to make it grow. The person who brings the money to the table gets a pretty high percentage of profits in the relationship, while the person who does the running around gets the experience and knowledge to make their next transactions more successful,” he explained.
