Woodbolt International Named One of the ‘Best Companies to Work for in Texas’

Every year since 2006, Texas Monthly, the Texas Association of Business (TAB), Texas SHRM and Best Companies Group compile a prestigious “Best” list, which recognizes the 100 Texas based companies that benefit the Texas economy, and enrich the state through talent and innovation.
Each company on this year’s ‘Best’ list participated in a two-part survey evaluation process. According to the Best Companies Group, the first part of the survey examined the company’s policies, systems, philosophies, practices and demographics, which in total accounted for 25 % of the total evaluation. The second part was an employee-based survey given directly to employees to measure their personal experiences working within the company--- this part accounted for 75% of the evaluation. Companies that scored high overall made the list, and their final scores determined their final rankings.
