Woofie’s Celebrates Fourth Year of Mobile Pet Spa Services

Earlier this year Woofie’s opened its first office in Ashburn. The 3000 square foot location offers a pet-friendly office work space, a dining area for the employees and indoor parking for the mobile pet spa vans. Woofies stocks a full inventory room with an array of high-end products so groomers can customize each pet spa service. Woofie’s partners with local businesses on cross-marketing opportunities both in the community and via social media networking.
“When I started managing the pet spa for Woofies in 2012 there were 100 grooming clients, one van and two groomers,” said Renee Ventrice, Director of Mobile Pet Spa Services for Woofie’s. “Now, three years later, we have over 1500 active grooming clients, five vans, 10 groomers and two bathers. We also have custom pet spa software designed specifically for the needs of our groomers and clients. We are very excited about all the changes and we look forward to aggressively growing our service footprint.”
Unlike a typical mobile groomer, who normally manages every aspect of their business, Woofie’s groomers have a unique opportunity to focus exclusively on grooming due to the back-end support they receive from the Woofie’s scheduling and customer service team.
