WordSouth announces hire of new content manager
Rainsville, Alabama (PRWEB) October 21, 2014 -- WordSouth, a leading content marketing and custom publishing company serving the rural utilities market, is excited to announce that it has hired Matt Ledger as its newest team member.
“This hire will help position us to respond to growth in our key markets,” says Stephen V. Smith, founder and president of WordSouth — A Content Marketing Company. “We have been blessed with a staff of extremely talented people, and Matt is a strong addition to our team.”
Ledger joins WordSouth as a content manager for the Regional Telco Magazine, a consumer magazine WordSouth publishes for the rural telecommunications industry. He will focus on helping telcos in Alabama and Tennessee communicate their stories.
Ledger is a resident of Rossville, Georgia. Prior to joining WordSouth, he worked for a Northwest Georgia newspaper for nine years where he had responsibilities of writing and photography.
Helping fuel WordSouth’s growth is the Regional Telco Magazine. WordSouth works with telcos in numerous states to research and write stories, capture photos and design their local content, which appears as part of a larger collaborative publishing effort. The shared content of the magazine features stories of regional interest, as well as news and information that helps rural consumers use broadband and related communications technology to improve their lives and communities.
