Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) December 31, 2015 -- If a “third party” is responsible for a work injury- say the manufacturer of a faulty machine or the negligence of someone not associated with your workplace-- it could be the only way to get fully compensated for an injury on the job according to attorneys discussing the issue on The American Law Journal. But what if a lawyer misses the third party claim in a workers' comp matter?  According to one judge, it may happen more than you think.

“You have to look at the entire case,” says Badey. “If your lawyer misses the third party claim, you will lose the ability to recoup all of your lost wages, some medical benefits and certainly any pain and suffering you experience from that work injury.”
