WorkSpace Communications™ Achieves Record Unified Communications Subscriber and Customer Growth for 2013

For the 2013 fiscal year, customer growth on the company's Microsoft Lync Unified Communications platform was up 119 percent, with a 113 percent increase in subscriber growth from fiscal year 2012. The company added a record 49.6 percent additional net subscribers in 2013 compared to 2012. Its base of reseller partners grew 87.5 percent for the year, with a record 32 percent of revenues coming from its indirect channel. Additionally, customer metrics remain industry-leading with subscriber churn achieving a low 1.07 percent per month.
WorkSpace Communications will build on its strong 2013 growth and continue developing and enhancing its cloud-based suite of solutions for business of all sizes. This year, the company will offer Microsoft’s new Lync 2013 multi-tenant hosting platform to support the small to medium business (SMB) segment. Additionally, the company is introducing its private cloud hosted Lync solution to support the small to medium enterprise segment. WorkSpace's customer-centric approach enables the company to make rapid adjustments in capability to meet the growing demands of its customers.
