The Umbrella Weather Pack was created to have dual rain-protection purposes: one as umbrella and second, as a vest. Made of highly durable waterproof material, this invention comprises of a vest that covers the portion up to the torso, a fastener such as Velcro to connect the sections of the vest, an umbrella canopy with air circulation vent which is attached at the back portion of the vest and a hood design connected at the back. The vest would be made from water resistant nylon or canvas. In addition to this, it helps protect the wearer against strong winds. But what is unique about the Umbrella Weather Pack is that a person no longer needs to manually hold on to the umbrella. Since it is attached to the vest, the wearer’s hands are free to hold on to other items. Simply press on a button at the shoulder area of the vest and the umbrella canopy is opened.
