The Emergency Vehicle Quick Response is an automotive invention designed to provide an early notification with regards to a passing emergency vehicle. It is placed on top of a dashboard and features a red LED light. This LED light is further designed with different arrows to indicate the direction where the emergency vehicle is coming from. What this does is alert the driver of the direction where it is coming from to be able to make the necessary changes in their vehicle’s location. By doing so, emergency vehicles such as ambulances will be able to pass by and get to the desired location as soon as possible without causing any harm to other motorists on the road.
“I had lost my mother in 2011. She had been sick for a while and losing her was the hardest thing that I ever had to face in my life. When my mother was alive, she had lived quite far from the nearest hospital. And I thought that if there had been an instance wherein she needed emergency medical attention, it would not have been given to her on time. For this reason, I thought that there should be an improvement with regards to immediate medical assistance in times of emergencies,” says inventor Juan G. “Because of this, and with the help of Mark W., we had come up with the Emergency Vehicle Quick Response device. This aids drivers to gain notification of an incoming emergency vehicle for them to be able to safely pull over at the side of the road for it to pass.”
Ben Milton, a paramedic from a local hospital in California, has this to say about the Emergency Vehicle Quick Response: “Being a paramedic, one of my important goals is to get to the patient as quickly as possible to provide immediate care and assistance.
