Xchange Technology Group Announces Acquisition of Nirvana IT
Raleigh, N.C. (PRWEB) October 26, 2016 -- Xchange Technology Group announces the acquisition of Nirvana IT, a North Carolina-based IT infrastructure solutions firm. By adding Nirvana IT to its existing portfolio of IT services, XTG further expands its North American presence and maintains its place as a frontrunner in technology solutions for businesses.

The acquisition will allow XTG to expand targeted infrastructure services to new and existing customers across XTG’s IT Xchange and BlueRange Technology subsidiaries. The combined resources of Nirvana IT and the existing XTG teams will allow the company to offer on- and off-premise professional and managed services, as well as colocation and cloud services.
