Xodo Announces Groundbreaking Real-Time PDF Collaboration Service

The highlight of Xodo 2.0, Xodo Connect is the first completely free service of its kind, allowing an unlimited number of users to work together on any PDF from both mobile and desktop devices without awkward attachments, downloads, or installs. Invited collaborators can view, annotate, mark up, and discuss a document at the same time from their web browsers.

Invitees do not need the mobile app and are not required to download, install, or sign up for anything – the web link in the invitation launches the file through Xodo’s browser-based app. When online, users are able to:
• View – High quality vector rendering and viewing with display modes including single, continuous, facing, and cover; users can also rotate (desktop only) and zoom
• Browse – Navigate by thumbnail layout, bookmark outline, annotation outline, or text search
• Annotate – Highlight, underline, strikeout, draw shapes (lines, rectangles, circles, polygons), draw freehand, insert callouts, or attach sticky notes
• Interact – See who’s online, chat directly with other users, add comments to others’ annotations, and subscribe to receive new activity notifications
• Download PDFs with all annotations embedded
