Yana Blackwelder, Distinguished Executive and Team Coach in Global Leadership Development joins Partners International’s leadership team

She has guided numerous clients around the world on cutting edge topics including coaching culture, women’s leadership, group coaching and team alignment. Having worked for many years in male dominated industries, Yana has supported women professionals in leading organizations worldwide such as The World Bank, Coca-Cola Hellenic, Women for Women International and Nestle. She is also proud to be an executive coach for the prestigious International Women’s Forum.

Yana has a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and holds her BBA in MIS from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. Yana is also currently pursuing her PhD at Tilburg University in the Netherlands. She received her Coaching Certification from Coaching Development in London and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a trained ICF coaching competency assessor. Yana is also Hogan and MBTI certified.
