With a team recognized for its commitment to quality service, technical expertise and responsiveness, Yip Associates’ expansion includes new hires Hylton Wynick and Robert Bueso as partners; Leslie Herz and Kit Becker as directors; Miranda Kirsch as manager and Susan Tai as associate.

Prior to joining Yip Associates, Wynick was a partner in a boutique forensic accounting firm in Boca Raton. Wynick is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and Certified Forensic Accountant (Cr.FA) with over 20 years of experience in forensic accounting, insolvency, fraud investigations, tax consulting and fiduciary services serving as Assignee in Assignments for the Benefit of Creditor cases. Wynick also worked for a number of years at an international accounting firm and its successors, in the audit division, in both the Johannesburg, South Africa and Miami, Florida offices.
Robert E. Bueso is an accomplished economist and financial professional with more than 30 years of experience. Bueso holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida and Ph.D. in Economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Bueso has extensive work experience in valuation of closely-held companies, valuation of intellectual property, valuation of intangibles (businesses, shareholder interests, minority stock, patents, and copyrights), transfer pricing studies, fairness opinions, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a qualified expert witness with experience in domestic and international litigation and arbitration.
Kit Becker has more than 30 years of experience as a tax professional working with the Big Four accounting firms, Fortune 100 companies, and large regional accounting firms. Becker is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and holds a juris doctorate degree. Becker leads Yip Associates’ tax practice focusing on bankruptcy and financially distressed business taxation. He has extensive experience in complex tax issues and has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service audit and appeals division and various state taxation departments.
Leslie Herz has over 30 years of financial and operational experience handling corporate turnarounds, crisis management, and insolvency. Herz has significant forensic accounting and litigation experience. In addition, Herz has Big 6 public accounting and international investment banking experience. Herz is a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA).
Miranda Kirsch brings more than 10 years of experience in forensic accounting and litigation support related to bankruptcy and divorce proceedings. Kirsch holds a Master in Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University and Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Kent State University.
