Yourwellness Magazine Explores Boot Camp Workout
London, UK (PRWEB UK) 7 January 2014 -- Trainers at Bromley-based Strictly Bootcamp have released a calendar for the new year in order to raise money for charity, The Bromley Times reported December 18th. The article, “Bromley bootcamp trainers flex their muscles for Sport Relief calendar,” noted that the calendar was the brainchild of owner Andy Blackwell, and his model partner Camilla Tranter, who wanted to show the physical benefits of boot camp training while also raising money for Sport Relief. Blackwell commented, ‘We were all a bit conscious about different parts of our bodies, but it just shows you what drives people to keep training.’
With this in mind, Yourwellness Magazine gave readers the tools for a 30-minute boot camp workout. According to Yourwellness Magazine, ‘There is an increasing popularity of the so-called “boot camp” workout. There isn’t necessarily a specific way of pinning down exactly what a boot camp workout really is, but generally it will be a fitness regimen that is supposedly based around techniques used by those in the military to stay in shape so that they are adequately prepared for combat with enemies. This sort of “hard” training is touted as the ideal way to lose weight or tone up for those people who have always felt like they need to drop a few pounds.’ (http://www.yourwellness.com/2013/12/absolute-best-30-minute-boot-camp-workout/#sthash.UcgQTug4.dpuf)
Yourwellness Magazine stated that Ken Weichert, master fitness trainer for the US Army has created a system that could potentially be the perfect way to stay in shape or slim down. Yourwellness Magazine commented that Weichert’s plan allows fat-burning and muscle building with a cardio and strength workout that does not require any sort of special equipment. The plan encourages the idea of short but intense workout sessions, including cardio intervals, full-body strength workouts and some extra moves for the abs.
