Zachry Holdings, Inc. Acquires Commonwealth Engineering
San Antonio, TX (PRWEB) January 30, 2014 -- Zachry Holdings, Inc. has announced the further expansion of its capabilities as an EPC contractor in the process industries by acquiring substantially all of the assets of Houston-based Commonwealth Engineering & Construction, LLC.

Commonwealth significantly expands our capabilities in the refining and petrochemical sectors and provides a permanent engineering presence for us in the Houston market. The 80-strong Commonwealth Engineering team increases Zachry’s engineering staff in Texas to approximately 600, of which 400 are focused primarily on the refining and petrochemical sectors.
