ZCorum and GLDS to Team on VoIP Provisioning

ZCorum provides data and voice provisioning for cable and telephone companies, as well as private label email, diagnostics and end-user support. According to Julie Compann, President and CEO at ZCorum, the two companies already have a close working relationship. “GLDS’ WinCable product is a very popular billing system, so we’ve been integrated with SPG 2.0 on the data side for some time. This new project will add integration with our system on the voice side, which we’ll be implementing to support our customers who have now purchased SPG 2.0 for voice.”
