Zerorez® Announces Plans to Roll Across Indiana—“The Crossroads of America.”
Indianapolis, Indiana (PRWEB) July 29, 2015 -- Indiana is known for basketball, the boyhood home of Abraham Lincoln, and Santa Claus, Indiana. It is also the home of Zerorez Indianapolis, which plans to expand across the state.
Ray Kennedy, owner of the Zerorez Indianapolis Region, started operations in late 2013. “2015 is our second full year in business and we should double our first year’s revenue. More importantly, we are growing repeat customers, which means consumers like what we are doing,” said Kennedy.
Zerorez looks for Franchise Owners with a real stake in their communities that have solid business management backgrounds. When asked how he got interested in Zerorez, Kennedy responded, “I was looking for a business opportunity that met four criteria: 1) strong brand with a differentiated product or service offering; 2) demonstrated history of success; 3) growth potential; and 4) a pathway to succeed through strong execution. Zerorez, and especially the opportunity to develop a region for the company, met all of these criteria.”
“We are really delighted with the caliber of Franchisees who are joining our System. Ray is one of our franchise leaders and his involvement, along with the collaborative input and sharing of our other owners, has created a solid environment for success,” said Richard Arnold, Zerorez’ Chief Operations Officer.
“Zerorez is a strong concept that is different from the typical traditional carpet or upholstery cleaning company. It fits well with today’s consumer, who cares about services that are good for their family, their pets and the environment. Additionally, Zerorez’ use of a state-of-the-art surveying company, Listen360, that employs a “Net Promoter Score” in its customer surveying, really makes a difference. It keeps us focused on creating ‘Raving Fans’ and setting the ‘bar’ much higher than the competition.
Our surveys often include comments from our customers that mention our customer service representative and the technician by name and will describe why they loved the service. That’s when we know we’ve delivered,” said Kennedy.
Growth in Indiana will focus on franchise territories in West Lafayette, Kokomo, Muncie, Anderson, Bloomington, Columbus, Terre Haute, Ft. Wayne, South Bend and Elkhart. “We are looking for individuals who have a passion and commitment to build a great sustainable business and create raving fans. We’ll provide the call center and marketing expertise, which will allow our franchise partner to focus 100% on operations.”
Zerorez has grown significantly in the past year, with openings in Springfield, MA, Seattle, WA, Pittsburgh, PA, and Austin, TX. Additional new locations are scheduled to open in the next several months in Albany, NY and Washington, D.C.
The Zerorez® concept was launched in 2001. Based on its Empowered Water™ cleaning system, the founders intended to fundamentally change the carpet and living surfaces cleaning industry. Their answer was a comprehensive process using Empowered Water™, which is electrolyzed and oxidized to create a powerful cleaning solution without harmful toxins, soaps or detergents. Their research found that other cleaning processes leave residue, which naturally attracts more dirt and bacteria, so they fail to truly provide a lasting clean.
