Zerto’s Mariah West Named to CRN’s Women of the Channel Power 100
Boston, MA and Herzliya, Israel (PRWEB) June 11, 2014 -- Zerto, setting the standard for disaster recovery in virtualized and cloud environments, today announced that Mariah West, director of global partner marketing, has been named to the CRN 2014 Women of the Channel list, and has been recognized as one of this year’s Power 100. The annual Women of the Channel list highlights the accomplishments of female executives within vendor, distribution and solution provider organizations, and the impact they are having on the advancement of the IT Reseller industry. This year, the Power 100 spotlights those female executives at vendor and distributor organizations whose insight and influence in their respective companies help drive channel success.
This past year, Mariah led numerous positive changes for Zerto’s partner programs and initiatives. Specifically, Zerto added 141 partners to the Zerto Alliance Partner (ZAP) program, which is now comprised of more than 300 channel partners worldwide – representing a 129 percent increase over 2012. After developing and issuing a survey for channel partners to gauge and increase overall satisfaction, Mariah spearheaded the development of two new training and certification programs designed to improve partner sales knowledge in conveying the overall benefits of BC/DR to enterprise customers and verify partner technical expertise in demonstrating and managing Zerto Virtual Replication software.
Looking ahead, Mariah will continue to help grow Zerto’s channel program by adding advanced partner training courses, offering additional go-to-market opportunities through Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programs, forming a partner advisory council, and continually improving upon partner processes to make them as simple and turnkey as possible. She will also play a vital role in expanding the program globally, as Zerto recently opened an EMEA office in London and an APAC office in Sydney.
“It is our privilege to acknowledge the exceptional achievements of the women in this year’s Power 100,” said Robert Faletra, CEO, The Channel Company. “We are committed to raising the visibility of the contributions of women in the channel, and we applaud the far-reaching influence of these executives who are defining today’s channel and helping to shape its future.”
“We couldn’t be more proud and pleased that Mariah has been recognized as a Power 100,” said Ziv Kedem, founder and CEO for Zerto. “She exemplifies dedication and professionalism in her work every day and is consistently driving results for our channel program and serving as an expert resource for partners and fellow employees. Her insight into partner needs is an invaluable asset to us.”
A special feature of the Women of the Channel is in the June issue of CRN magazine and expanded coverage of the Power 100 will be featured online at http://www.crn.com.
