Through this partnership, Ziegler Wealth Management’s Appleton office is teaming up with the Green Bay Packers to host a charitable event in support of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association.
This charity event, sponsored by Ziegler, is aimed to bring awareness to a great cause that positively impacts communities throughout Wisconsin. The Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association is comprised of veterans from all branches of the United States Armed Forces who ride motorcycles as a hobby. Their mission is to help veteran care facilities provide a warm meal, clothing, shelter and guidance, or simply to say "Thank You" and "Welcome Home." During the event, guests are invited to make donations while cheering on the Green Bay Packers as they take on the Detroit Lions.
“As a Vietnam Veteran and survivor of 25 years of military service, I know how important it is for soldiers returning from combat to have a support network that understands the traumas they’ve experienced and the challenges of transitioning back to society,” stated Steven Stefonik, Veteran and Branch Manager of the Ziegler Appleton Branch. “As a lifelong Packer fan, and also a survivor of the Ice Bowl in 1967, I couldn't be happier to team up with this storied football franchise and great community partner." Mr. Stefonik continued, “Joining the Packers and Ziegler’s commitment to community with the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association's dedication to veterans, makes for a game wining combination.”
