Zift Solutions Strengthens Board of Directors
JERSEY CITY, NJ, RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC and OXFORD, UNITED KINGDOM (PRWEB) August 31, 2017 -- Zift Solutions, the Enterprise Channel Management leader, has strengthened its board of directors to support continued growth, innovation and long-term profitability for the company.

Zift’s board of directors now includes Richard Anton, Robert Mann, Gordon Rapkin, Matthew Safaii and Hunter Witherington. With the completion of the merger, the current investment syndicate behind the company re-invested in Zift. The privately-held company is financially backed by Albion Ventures, Amadeus Capital, Arrowroot Capital, and SSM Partners.
New to Zift’s board of directors are Anton, Mann and Rapkin. Rapkin has over 30 years of experience in the high tech industry, and has served as CEO of four technology companies, including Relayware prior to Zift. Richard Anton is co-founder and General Partner at software growth capital firm Oxx. Prior to Oxx, he spent 18 years at Amadeus Capital, focusing on B2B software investments in companies originating from the UK and Israel. Co-founder of Relayware, Robert Mann brings 25 years of software industry expertise to the Zift board, including heading up the European operations of a number of US-based companies, such as Siebel Systems.

Safaii and Witherington both retain their board seats with Zift. Safaii is an established entrepreneur and Managing Partner at Arrowroot Capital, a California-based growth equity firm that invests in software-as-as-service and internet-based businesses. Witherington is a Partner of SSM Partners, a growth equity firm that focuses on making investments in software and technology, Internet and consumer, and healthcare companies.
