Zink was named the new restaurant of the week by the television show. Kathy J, one of the show’s hosts, was joined by KS 107.5 radio host, Big Mike, to enjoy delicious Brussels sprouts, fresh vegetables from the restaurant’s garden, Niemen Ranch prime rib and s’mores tiramisu. The restaurant treated the hosts to enormous DoubleTree fresh-baked cookies. As for the quality of food, Kathy J called the Niemen Ranch prime rib one of her “top three favorite steaks.”
