As of mid-2005, initial public offerings have raised a total of US $8.4 billion. This even tops the funds raised by IPO's during the same period of 2000. Also, the share prices of IPO's do not immediately soar as they did in 2000, averaging gains of some 7% from their initial prices. PST is moving towards a listing on the Frankfurt or London markets.
