        <![CDATA[  <P>New research for veterans (http://www.ccsu.edu/cppsr/vetsassessment) identifying significant rates of PTSD (http://www.ccsu.edu/cppsr/vetsassessment/Findings.html) (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and other compelling problems for veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan has been released by the Center for Public Policy &#38; Social Research (CPPSR) at Central Connecticut State University (CCSU).
