Tom Turmell, managing director of TMT Capital Partners, said &quot;There is tremendous interest in renewable energy right now. The Windsohy team, which has a deep background and extensive experience in alternative-energy technologies, can offer unique capabilities and opportunities to investors.&quot; The company&#039;s proprietary baseload clean-energy approaches, which use a combination of wind and compressed-air-energy storage (CAES) technologies to produce baseload power for the electrical grid, are expected to create up to 175 permanent jobs per project in Kansas and Texas  and also employ 1500 during the construction phase of each project.
