NEW YORK (PRWEB) November 27, 2017 -- Clarifai, a leading Artificial Intelligence (AI) company that uses machine learning to understand images and videos, today announced the availability of its award-winning visual recognition API on AWS Marketplace. Clarifai’s growing library of ready-to-use image recognition models is now available on AWS Marketplace to an active user-base of more than 135,000 customers through a Software as a Service (SaaS) Subscriptions delivery model.
In addition to its catalog of more than 20 ready-to-use image recognition models (including Face Detection, Food, NSFW, Moderation, Celebrity, Demographics, and Travel), AWS users can also take advantage of Clarifai’s powerful Custom Training software, which enables them to teach Clarifai’s AI to understand concepts that matter to them (e.g. logos, products, aesthetics, etc.). Customers are increasingly demanding more personalized AI solutions and, with Custom Training, new concepts can be trained with high accuracy orders. The algorithm requires less than 10 pre-labeled images per concept to start predicting inputs (as compared to the thousands of images per concept traditional AI training requires) and gets smarter as you continue to teach it.
For Clarifai, the AWS Marketplace listing will enable the technology to more easily reach a global user base of AWS developers and enterprise customers.
“Joining AWS Marketplace and being showcased among new AI sellers is a significant milestone for Clarifai,” said Matt Zeiler, founder and CEO of Clarifai. “Customers select us for the power of our Custom Training model, and being able to provide our technology to thousands of AWS customers that will improve the lives of millions of people is a huge privilege and opportunity that we’re thrilled to be a part of.”
