Comfort Experts, Inc. Announces Its Annual Spring Clean and Check
St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) May 07, 2015 -- Comfort Experts, Inc., a local heating and air conditioning repair company, will now be offering its annual spring clean and check service to customers through the end of May to prepare their air conditioning units for the upcoming summer months.
Teri Boennighausen, Office Manager, says Comfort Experts, Inc. has been offering this service each spring to customers throughout St. Charles County and St. Louis since the company was first founded in 1993. While clean and checks will be offered throughout the summer as well, Boennighausen advises customers to have them done before June.
During a spring clean and check, technicians will check the air conditioning unit's freon levels as well as its motors, fans and belts. They will also hose out the condenser unit, and check the evaporator coil and the thermostat to make sure everything is in optimal shape. Boennighausen says these procedures help extend the air conditioner's lifespan.
"Having this service performed will help extend the life of AC units and will make them run more efficiently in the hottest months of the year," Boennighausen says. "If an AC unit is not regularly and properly maintained, the compressor could lock up and the evaporator coil could freeze up, thus causing the whole system to shut down."
Comfort Experts, Inc. will also be offering a rebate on all American Standard equipment for customers who decide to upgrade their air conditioners this spring. The rebate is valid through June 30.
