Mobile Doorman, the industry-leading creator of white label resident apps for apartment communities in the U.S., today announced that it is partnering with Alpharetta, Ga.-based Pegasus Residential to launch new custom-branded mobile apps at all participating Pegasus communities, servicing approximately 31,000 units nationwide. Pegasus Residential is among the 50 largest apartment managers in the country, according to an authoritative annual ranking by the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC).

Mobile Doorman's apps now serve more than 200K apartment homes across the country. That figure represents more than a 600 percent increase from the end of last year and a more than 1,200 percent jump from the conclusion of 2016.

The company has made significant inroads into the apartment industry's biggest players. Mobile Doorman's client roster now includes the five biggest apartment management companies in the U.S., according to NMHC's 50 Largest Apartment Managers ranking.

Other notable developments for Mobile Doorman in 2018 include its closing on a $2 million Series A funding round from Chicago-based Reimagined Ventures as well as its launching of partnerships with the pet-sitting website Rover and the smartphone intercom platform ButterflyMX.
