Title Alliance Announces Manager Appointments for Preferred Closing Services
Media, PA (PRWEB) June 24, 2015 -- Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today that Preferred Closing Services, LLC, has appointed Terri Bryan and Debie Dougal as managers. Title Alliance announced this partnership with RE/MAX Preferred Real Estate in March.
Dougal joins Preferred Closing Services as Manager of the Newtown Square branch and comes with over 23 years of experience in the title and closing industry. Dougal is fluid in residential and commercial purchases and refinances, and prides herself on getting transactions to closing quickly and professionally. In 2014, Debie received a very prestigious award at her previous company, for having the highest capture rate companywide, and she's determined to carry that momentum into her experiences with Preferred Closing Services.
“With the ever changing regulatory climate, it is imperative that agents are informed and prepared for any changes that may arise,” says Dougal. “With the support of the corporate infrastructure of Title Alliance, I will have the resources necessary to properly educate the agents and focus on training as the TRID implementation takes place. Bryan, the newest Closing Manager for the West Chester Branch of Preferred Closing Services, has been in the title industry for almost 30 years. Most recently, Bryan worked as a Floating Closer for Title Alliance. In this position, she was exposed to many offices, personalities and file types. A floating closer is required to be flexible and able to jump into any situation and pick up where someone else left off.
