When students of Zinn Piano Academy Lab School in the San Francisco Bay Area and suburban Chicago learned of the devastation wreaked by last year's hurricanes in the Gulf Coast, they created a DVD of their best performance pieces to be offered for sale to friends and family and through online marketplace venues. The young musicians, who range in age from 3-year-old preschoolers to 15-year-old high school students, study piano in Zinn Piano Academy studios in Dublin, California, and Batavia, Illinois. They contributed performances of classical, jazz and Halloween-themed pieces to benefit those who continue to be affected by last year's Gulf Coast region hurricanes. (PRWeb Sep 12, 2006)
