The Compassionate Friends Worldwide Candle Lighting, which last year had formal services open to the public in all 50 states plus Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico, is being held Sunday, December 10 this year at 7 p.m. local time around the globe. Tens of thousands of people will participate and there will be an estimated 400 formal services in the United States alone. Last year The Compassionate Friends/USA was made aware of services in 12 countries abroad.
