A Riverbend Timber Frame home located in Calgary, Alberta Canada achieved an energy efficiency rating of 86, while maintaining its traditional timber frame architecture. According to the EnerGuide evaluation report, ratings above 80 are considered excellent and above 90 are reserved for zero-energy homes.
